How quickly can you provide a construction crew?
Timing depends on profession, crew size and project location. After receiving the requirements, we confirm realistic mobilization dates and keep you updated throughout selection and documentation.
Are workers employed legally in the EU?
Yes. We arrange compliant employment and the required documentation for each assignment, including the relevant permits and A1 documentation where applicable.
Can you provide complete teams and individual specialists?
Yes. We can supply complete crews, selected trades, engineering personnel or individual specialists depending on the project.
Who handles payroll and ongoing HR support?
DOMAK handles working-time coordination, payroll-related administration and ongoing HR support for delegated personnel.
